Why a paid subscription?

The only reason you should sign up for a paid subscription is to give me money. I will probably use it to pay for things like new tires or summer camps for kids or tacos. Or books, that’s also a likely scenario. I don’t intend to lock any content behind a paywall, so just sign up for a paid subscription if you think it’s worth it. Or don’t. Do as you see fit.
